Benfield was a Partner with the Law Offices of Stuckey and Manheimer Limited Liability Corporation from 1998-2002, Sole Practitioner with the Law Offices of Stephanie Stuckey from 1996-1999, Staff Attorney in the Fulton County Public Defender's Office from 1994-1996, and a Staff Attorney with the Prisoner Legal Counseling Project from 1992-1994.
