Stephen Fischmann (b. October 25, 1953) is a former Democratic member of the New Mexico Senate representing District 37 from 2009 to 2013.

Fischmann was General Manager/Operations Manager/Finance and Planning Manager for Levi Strauss and Company - Designer Group, Womenswear and Menswear Divisions from 1979 to 1999. He was then owner of Property Inspection/Real Estate Brokerage from 1999 to 2004.

Fischmann earned his BA in Political Science/English from the University of California, Los Angeles, in 1976. He went on to receive his MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of California, Los Angeles, in 1979.
