Stephen Urban was a Republican candidate for District 14 of the Pennsylvania State Senate. The primary election was on May 18, 2010 and the general election was on November 2.

Urban was unopposed in the May 18 Republican primary. Democrat John Yudichak defeated Urban and Libertarian Betsy Summers in the November 2 general election.[1]

Campaign themes

Urban's campaign website identifies two "top priorities":[2]

  • Protecting Our Clean Water Urban "will update our Clean Water Act to keep our drinking water safe."
  • Creating Good Paying Jobs Urban will "oppose all tax increases," "fight for lower property taxes," and "fight for lower school taxes."
