Steve McMillan (b. July 6, 1941) is a Republican member of the Alabama House of Representatives, representing the 95th district, Baldwin County. He was first elected in 1982.

McMillan is President/Owner of McMillan and Associates. He served in the United States Army Reserve from 1964-1970.

McMillan is a member of the Baldwin County Board of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. He is the former President of the Alabama Association of Realtors and Bay Minette Rotary Club.[1]
