V. Stephen "Steve" Moss (b. February 3, 1950) is a Republican member of the South Carolina House of Representatives, representing District 30.

Education

Moss earned his BA from Clemson University in 1972. He then attended South Carolina School of Banking in 1976 and the School of Banking of the South at Louisiana State University in 1984.

Professional experience

Moss is a retired banker.

Political experience

Moss served on the Cherokee County School Board from 1990 to 1994. He then won a special election to the South Carolina House of Representatives on April 28, 2009 to fill the position made vacant by the death of Olin Phillips.[1][2]. He has served in that position since, representing the 30th District.
