Steve Santarsiero is a Democratic member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, representing District 31.

Santarsiero earned his BA from Tufts University. He went on to receive his MEd from Holy Family University. He then earned his JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

After earning his law degree, Santarsiero began working as an attorney. He has also worked as a Social Studies Teacher for Bensalem High School.

Santarsiero has served as Board Member/Chairman of the Lower Makefield Board of Supervisors since 2003. He joined the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 2009 and has served in that position since. He represents the 31st District.

Santarsiero is running in the 2012 election for Pennsylvania House District 31. Santarsiero ran unchallenged in the Democratic primary on April 24 and is opposed by Anne Chapman in the general election which takes place on November 6, 2012.[1]

Santarsiero won re-election to the 31st District Seat in 2010. He had no primary opposition and defeated Republican Robert Ciervo in the general election which took place on November 2, 2010.[2]

On November 4, 2008, Santarsiero won re-election to the 31st District seat of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. He received 18,952 votes, defeating Republican Pete Stainthorpe (16,873).[3]
