Walsh is a member of the Democratic City Committee Ward 6, Democratic State Committee, Ancient Order of the Hibernians, Association of New England Football Officials, Friends of Lynn and Nahant Beach, Friends of Lynn Woods, Lynn Museum, and is President of the Lynn Rotary Club.[1]
