A Stinson Beach County Water District appropriations limit, Measure C ballot proposal was on the February 5, 2008 ballot in Marin County, California, for voters in the Stinson Beach County Water District.

Measure C was approved. 78.63% of those voting voted in its favor.

The question asked of voters was, "Shall the appropriations limit of the Stinson Beach County Water District for Fiscal Year 2006-2007, adopted by the Board of Directors pursuant to Resolution No. GB-2006-07 ($421,711) be ratified, shall the appropriations limit of the Stinson Beach County Water District for Fiscal Year 2007-2008 be established at $681,083, and shall the limit for Fiscal Year 2007-2008 be used to determine the limits for Fiscal Years 2008-2009 and 2009-2010?"
