These measures sought to add to the current levy by a rate of $.58 per $100 of assessed property value for a period of five years in order to further pay for emergency requirements as needed in the school district.[2]

The question on the ballot:
| Shall a levy be imposed by the Stryker Local School District for the purpose of PROVIDING FOR THE EMERGENCY REQUIREMENTS OF THE SCHOOL DISTRICT in the sum of $335,000 and a levy of taxes to be made outside the tenmill limitation estimated by the county auditor to average 5.8 mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to $0.58 for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for a period of five years, commencing in 2011, first due in calendar year 2012? |
