Sue Kullen (b. May 18, 1960) was a 2014 Democratic candidate for District 27C of the Maryland House of Delegates.

Kullen previously served in the Maryland House of Delegates, representing District 27B from August 2004 to 2011 and serving as Chief Deputy Majority Whip.


Kullen's professional experience includes working as a disabilities advocate, consultant and trainer, serving on the Board of Directors of the Governor's Run Community Association and was a member of the Maryland Community Residential Services Coalition from 1986 to 1996.

Kullen is a member of the Maryland Educators Caucus, Maryland Green Caucus, Maryland Labor Caucus, Maryland Legislative Sportsmen's Caucus, Maryland Rural Caucus, Maryland Veterans Caucus, Women Legislators of Maryland, and Tri-County Council for Southern Maryland.[1]

The filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was February 25, 2014. Sue Kullen was unopposed in the Democratic primary, while incumbent Mark N. Fisher was unopposed in the Republican primary. Fisher defeated Kullen in the general election.[2][3]
