Landske was Center Township Assessor from 1978 to 1984. She joined the Indiana State Senate in 1984. She currently serves as Assistant President Pro Tempore.
Landske was owner of Sue's Bridal House from 1967 to 1975. She has been President of All Golfcar, Incorporated, from 1992 to the present. She has also been a Colonel in the Indiana National Guard Reserve since 1999.
Landske attended St. Joseph's College, Indiana University, and the University of Chicago Graduate School.
