Sue Tibbs (b. October 6, 1934; d. April 7, 2012) was a Republican member of the Oklahoma House of Representatives. She represented the 23rd District from 2000 until her death in 2012. Tibbs passed away after an extended battle with cancer.[1]
Tibbs was a business owner. She and her husband, Milton, had two children: Debra West and Kelli Dodd.
