A Summit Town Incorporation Measure was on the June 15, 2010 ballot for residents in the town of Summit, which is in Waukesha County.

This measure will ask town residents if they want to be incorporated and become a village. The town of Summit had submitted a petition to the state asking for the vote and it was approved in March. Summit had been looking towards incorporation for a while, hoping that with the power that would come as a village they would be able to better protect their land and enact laws.[1]
