Susan Hatch Davis ran for re-election to the Orange 1 District in 2010. She ran against Rodney Graham (R), Philip Winters (R), and John Taylor (P) in the general election on November 2, 2010. According to unofficial results Davis won one of the two seats in the district, but as of November 15 a recount is pending.[3]
