Susan Helm (b. December 12, 1943) is a Republican member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, representing District 104.

Helm earned her AA in Liberal Arts from Harrisburg Area Community College in 1981. She worked as Manager of Capital Blue Cross from 1961 to 1986. She then worked for Century 21 At the Helm Agency as Broker/Owner from 1986 to 2006.

Helm served as a Delegate at the Republican National Convention in 1988, 1992, 1996, and 2000. She also served as a member of the Republican State Committee from 1994 to 2004. In 2004, she was a candidate for the United States House of Representatives but was not elected. Helm then served as President of the Dauphin County Council of Republican Women in 2005. From 2004 to 2006, she was First Vice Chair of the Dauphin County Republican Party. She joined the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 2007 and has served in that position since. She represents the 104th District.

PoliticsPA has named the District 104 Republican primary one of Pennsylvania's top ten most interesting legislative primaries in 2012.[1]

Helm ran in the 2012 election for Pennsylvania House District 104. Helm defeated Jenna Lewis in the Republican primary on April 24 and defeated Christopher Dietz in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012. [3][4]
