I hesitate to vote for this because if there is the slightest problem with your absentee ballot, it won't get counted. i.e. missed a checkbox, etc. I worry that many ballots will not get counted and nobody will know. It seems more reliable to vote in person.
However, I like the idea of voting in any district. This could turn redistricting upside-down. I'd like the ability to vote anywhere in the state. Your ID would show what your locality is, and you vote on your local issues - even if you're voting from a totally different county.
