Question about statute referendum
It isn't clear to me what a statute referendum is, exactly. If the voters reject it, does that mean the law is also rejected, or does that vote just mean that the state legislature then still has the freedom to amend or repeal the law?Musical 11:23, 13 January 2008 (PST)
