Tammy Irons is a Democratic member of the Alabama House of Representatives, representing the 1st District since a special election in March 2006. The district includes Florence.

Irons currently works as an Attorney and owner of Irons Law Firm. She previously worked as as an Associate Attorney with Glankler Brown Professional Limited Liability Company, and as a Judicial Law Clerk in the Tennessee Court of Appeals.
