Ted Daley (b. March 15, 1966) is a former Republican member of the Minnesota State Senate, representing District 38 from 2011 to 2013.

Ted is a Certified Public Accountant. He has also served in the military. Ted volunteered for an overseas assignment in Korea, followed by a deployment with his artillery unit to serve in Operation DESERT SHILED/DESERT STORM in 1990-1991. When not deployed, Ted worked at Fort Snelling as the Chief of Joint Operations. After his time in the military, Ted assumed the position as General Manager for a small privately-held manufacturing company.

Ted graduated in from West Point 1988 with a double major in Russian and German, and a minor in Engineering. Ted received his MBA in 1996 with an emphasis in accounting from the University of St Thomas.

Daley ran in District 51 for the Minnesota State Senate. He was unopposed in the Republican primary on August 14 and was defeated by Jim Carlson (D) in the general election on November 6.[2][3]
