Edmonds ran for re-election in the 2012 election for Kentucky House of Representatives District 91. He ran unopposed in the Democratic primary on May 22, 2012 and was defeated by Gary Wayne Herald (R) in the general election on November 6, 2012. [2][3]
2010
Edmonds' opponents in the November 2 general election were Republican candidate Mike Bryant and Independent candidate Mark Wireman. According to official results, Edmonds defeated Bryant and Wireman with 6,572 votes; Bryant received 4,581 votes and Wireman received 970 votes. [4]
