- Parameters
- 1/total = Total count (default "0")
- 2/lean = Optional side to which major party the legislature leans (default → Dark Gray)
- Possible values:
- b, bip, bipartisan = Bi-partisan → Dark Purple
- d, dem, democratic = Democratic → Blue
- wd, wdem, wdemocratic, weak democratic = Weakly democratic (<10% margin?) → Slate Blue
- r, repub, republican = Republican Dark Red
- wr, wrepub, wrepublican, weak republican = Weakly republican (<10% margin?) Gray Pink
