Campaign themes

Cole opposes both constitutional amendments which are on the ballot in November. She has stated, "The Voter ID and Marriage amendments that will be on the ballot this November are solutions in search of a problem and an egregious abuse of the amendment process. Both amendments are constructed in a way so to push our “buttons” in order to see how far we are willing to go in order to marginalize our friends, family and neighbors."[3]
