Terry Calloway (b. August 6, 1954) is a former Republican member of the Kansas House of Representatives, representing District 3 from 2011 to 2013.

In 1988 Terry established Data Technique, a software and consulting firm. The business was incorporated in October of 1988.

Calloway holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Pittsburg State University, graduating in 1988. He was awarded the PSU Outstanding Aluus award in 1999.
