Terry McMillan is a Republican member of the New Mexico House of Representatives. McMillan represents District 37. He was elected in 2010 and has served since assuming office in 2011.[1]

McMillan is an otolaryngologist, an ear nose and throat surgeon. On the topic of medical marijuana, he has not taken a clear stance on the state program but says that "I know there's a group of patients who really benefit from it...There are appropriate uses of all drugs, even cocaine and morphine."[2]
