Morrow is a Professor and Pre-Law Program Director at Gustavus Adolphus College. He previously worked as an attorney with Hoge, Fenton, Jones and Appel.
Morrow serves as Chair of the Minnesota Valley Education District and the Saint Peter Heritage Preservation Commission, and is a member of the Saint Peter Public Access Board. He is married and has 2 children.[2]
