Terry Moulton is a Republican member of the Wisconsin State Senate, representing District 23. He was first elected to the chamber in 2010.

Moulton served in the Wisconsin State Assembly, representing District 68 from 2005 to 2009.

Biography

Moulton attended the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. He worked as an accountant and business manager at St. Joseph's Hospital in Chippewa Falls, and is the owner of Mouldy's Archery and Tackle.[1]

Moulton survived a recall election on June 5, 2012.[2]

Elections for 17 seats in the Wisconsin State Senate will take place in 2014. A primary election took place on August 12, 2014. The general election will be held on November 4, 2014. The signature-filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was June 2, 2014. Phil Swanhorst was unopposed in the Democratic primary. Incumbent Terry Moulton was unopposed in the Republican primary. Swanhorst and Moulton will face off in the general election.[3][4]

Supporters of the recall submitted over 21,000 signatures on January 17, 2012. The Wisconsin Government Accountability Board voted unanimously on March 12 to order the recall, determining that at least 18,657 of the signatures were valid.[6]
