Terry Brown (b. March 14, 1950) is a Republican member of the Mississippi State Senate, representing the 17th Senatorial District.

Brown was a delegate at the Republican National Convention in 1992. He served in the Mississippi State House of Representatives from 1988 to 2000. He has been Ex Committee for the Lowndes County Republican Party since 1990. He has also been a member of the American Legislative Greeting Committee from 1988 to the present. He joined the Mississippi State Senate in 2004 and has served in that position since. He represents the 17th district.

Brown served in the United States Army as a Specialist Fourth Class from 1970 to 1976. He now works in Sales/Consulting.

Brown earned his Associate Degree from East Mississippi Junior College in 1971. He then attended Delta State University the next year. In 1973 he attended Mississippi State University in 1973.
