Terry Witte (b. September 28, 1952) is a former Democratic member of the Missouri House of Representatives. He represented District 10 from 2002 to 2011.

Witte is a self-employed attorney. He served in the U.S. Army from 1972-74 and earned his JD and BS from the University of Missouri.

Witte is Director of the Vandalia Rural Fire Association, Officer with the Vandalia United Methodist Church, and a member of the Mississippi Bar, American Legion Post 370, National Rifle Association, and Quail Unlimited.[1]
