Thad Bartley was a Libertarian candidate for District 101 of the Kansas House of Representatives. The primary election was on August 3, 2010 and the general election was on November 2.

Bartley's opponents in the November 2 general election were Democratic candidate Curt Miller and Republican incumbent Joe Seiwert. According to official results, Seiwert defeated Miller and Bartley with 4,762 votes; Miller received 1,553 votes and Bartley received 314.[1]
