Theodore Sophocleus (b. May 28, 1939) is a Democratic member of the Maryland House of Delegates. He has represented District 32 from 1993-95 and currently since January 13, 1999.

Sophocleus is an Administrative Officer in the State's Attorney's Office of Anne Arundel County. He has previously been Owner of Ted's Pharmacy, President of Discount Pharmacy, and a Pharmacist/Director of Management Development and Professional Services for Read's Drug Stores, 1960-1977.

Sophocleus is Chair of the Education on the Citizen Advisory Board, and a member of the Maryland Veterans Caucus, Maryland Bicycle and Pedestrian Caucus, Maryland Taxpayers Protection Caucus, and Maryland Legislative Sportsmen's Caucus.[1]
