Biography
Jefferson attended a specialized school in information technology from the service school command USNTC San Diego, graduating in March 1987.[5]
He has worked as a small business owner and computer technology service consultant since 1994.[5]

Jefferson ran in the 2012 election for the U.S. House, representing Kansas' 4th District. Jefferson ran on the Libertarian ticket.[2][3] Jefferson lost to Republican incumbent Mike Pompeo on November 6, 2012.[6]
Jefferson legally changed his name from Jack Talbert to Thomas Jefferson on July 23, 2012.[2][3]
