Thomas Kean has been a Republican member of the New Jersey Senate since 2003. Bills that have been sponsored by Senator Kean include Senate Bill 80 and Senate Bill 134.[1]
Kean graduated with a B.A. in History from Dartmouth College and also graduated with a M.A.L.D in International Relations from Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University.[2]
In addition to being a senator, Kean is an Honorary Trustee and the Paper Mill Playhouse. Prior to his election to the state senate, Kean was a member of the New Jersey General Assembly from 2001 to 2003 and was a candidate for the United States Senate in 2006.[3]
