Thomas King Kistler is a judge on the Centre County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania. Kistler was appointed to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court on February 4, 2015. Later that month, however, Kistler withdrew his name from nomination to the court following talk that he had once sent a racist email.
Prior to joining the court, Kistler was a trial lawyer.
