Thomas Mac Middleton is a Democratic member of the Maryland State Senate, representing District 28. He was first elected to the chamber in 1994.

Middleton earned his B.S. in Biology from Mount St. Mary's College. His professional experience includes owning and operating Cedar Hill Farm. He served in the United States Army.
