Sands is a Commercial Loan Officer and Appraiser with Columbus Junction State Bank. Sands is a Township Trustee in Concord Township, Finance Director of the Louisa County Farm Bureau, Charter Member/First Commander of the Sons of the American Legion, and a member of the United Methodist Church.[1]
