Timothy Brown (b. May 29, 1956) is a Republican member of the Indiana House of Representatives, representing District 41 since 1994.

Brown is an Emergency Room Doctor with Saint Clair Hospital, Staff Physician with Chillocothe Emergency Medicine, and an Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at the Indiana University School of Medicine. He has previously been a Staff Physician with Crawfordsville Emergency Medicine and Crawfordsville Family Medicine.

Brown is a member of the Franklin United Methodist Retirement Community, American Academy of Family Physicians, American Medical Association, Indiana Academy of Family Physician, Indiana State Medical Association, and the Linden-Kirpatrick United Methodist Church.[1]

Brown won re-election in the 2012 election for Indiana House of Representatives District 41. Brown ran unopposed in the May 8 Republican primary and ran unopposed in the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012. [2][3]

Brown won re-election to the 41st district seat with 15,415 votes in the November 2 general election. He was unopposed. [4]

In the May 4 primary election, Brown defeated Anita Carpenter by a margin of 6,633 to 2,192. [5]
