Elections
2012
Miley won re-election in the 2012 election for West Virginia House of Delegates, District 48. Miley advanced unopposed in the May 8 primary election and won election in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012.[2][3][4]
2010
Miley was re-elected to District 41. He was one of eight candidates running for four positions in District 41 on the ballot in the November 2, 2010 general election. He defeated Republicans Diana Bartley, William Griffith, Danny Hamrick, and Edward "Buddy" Randolph. The top four vote-getters were elected. He defeated Democrats Frank "Chunki" Angotti, and Anthony "Tony" Barberio in the May 11 primary. [5][6][7]
