Todd Wilcox was a 2012 Democratic candidate seeking election to the Arkansas House of Representatives, District 52.

Wilcox earned his BS in Civil Engineering from ASU in 1998. He then worked for an engineering firm designing rural water systems. Wilcox has since worked as a residential/commercial contractor and land developer.

Wilcox ran in the 2012 election for Arkansas House of Representatives, District 52. Wilcox was defeated by L.J. Bryant in the May 22 Democratic primary.[1][2]
