Tom Corbin (b. January 11, 1965) is a Republican member of the South Carolina State Senate representing District 5 since 2012. He formerly represented House District 17 from 2010-2012.

Corbin received a B.S. from Clemson University in 1987.

Corbin won election in the 2012 election for South Carolina State Senate District 5. Corbin ran unopposed in the June 12 Republican primary and ran unopposed in the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012. Incumbent Phillip Shoopman (R) did not run for re-election.[1][2][3][4]

Corbin won election to the South Carolina House of Representatives, defeating Stephen Salter (D) in the general election on November 2[6].
