Tom Hackbarth (b. December 28, 1951) is a Republican member of the Minnesota House of Representatives, representing District 31B since 2013. He previously represented District 48A from 1995 to 1997 and again from 1999 to 2013.

Hackbarth is retired. He was an automotive parts salesman for Brookdale Ford.

Hackbarth is a member of Saint Patrick's Catholic Church and firefighter with the Oak Grove Volunteer Fire Department. He is married and has 3 children.[1]

Hackbarth won re-election in the 2012 election for Minnesota House of Representatives District 31B. He was unopposed in the Republican primary on August 14 and defeated Louise Fay Woodberry (D) in the general election on November 6, 2012.[2][3]
