Tom Holland is a Democratic member of the Kansas State Senate, representing the 3rd District since 2009. He was a member of the Kansas House of Representatives from 2003-2008. Currently, he is the Minority Caucus Chair. He is married with 4 children.

On February 17, 2010, Holland announced that he would be running for governor of Kansas.[1]
