Willmott is an attorney and registered nurse. He graduated from Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Training Academy, received his JD from the Southern University Law Center, BA in Government from Southeastern Louisiana University, and AD in Nursing from the Louisiana State University School of Nursing.
Willmott is a member of the Jefferson Parish Legislative Delegation, and the Louisiana Republican Legislative Delegation.[1]
