Tony Sellier was a Republican member of the Georgia House of Representatives, representing the 136th District since 2007. He died of congestive heart failure on November 30, 2010.[1]

Sellier had worked as an Internal Auditor with Burlington Industries, Director General with Blue Bird de Mexico, Manager with the Blue Bird Corporation, and General Manager of Transportation Seating Incorporated.

He was Vice President of the Crawford County Cattlemen's Association, Crawford County Farm Bureau, Chairman of the Development Authority of Crawford County, member of the Historic Crawford Foundation Board, Peach and Crawford County Chambers of Commerce, South Atlantic Division of The American Cancer Society Board of Directors, and The Boys and Girls Clubs of Georgia Heartlands Board.[2]

Sellier ran for re-election to the 136th District seat in 2010. He did not have any opposition in the July 20 primary. Sellier defeated Sharon Howard (D) in the general election on November 2, 2010.[3]
