Biography
Shipley earned his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Tennessee in 1976. He then received his Post-graduate degree in Foreign Intelligence from the Defense Intelligence College. From 1998 to 2005, he was founder and owner of Highlander Ambulance Service, Incorporated. Shipley previously worked as Director of the Homeland Security Division of Mapsync. He served in the Air Force Reserves as a Lieutenant Colonel.
