Five Township, Village & City Electrical Aggregation Questions were on the November 8, 2011 ballot in the designated village, townships and cities which are in Stark County.

Four of the five measures were approved^[1]

This measure sought to allow the specified areas to aggregate electricity for their residents in order to obtain lower prices. Residents could opt out of the programs if they wanted.^[2]
