Tracella Lou O'Hara Hill was a Reform Party candidate for Lieutenant Governor of Mississippi in the 2011 elections. Both Hill and Lisa Barfield-McCarty claimed to represent the official Reform Party of Mississippi, but in September 2011 the Mississippi State Board of Elections made a determination that Hill was the official Reform candidate.[1]
