Tracy Heard is a Democratic member of the Ohio House of Representatives, representing District 26. She was first elected to the chamber in 2006. Heard currently serves as Minority Whip.

Biography

Heard earned her B.A. in Communications from the University of Akron. She has worked as a loan and compliance auditor as well as a public relations consultant. Heard is the owner of Millennium Solutions.[1]
