A Troy Township Cemetery Levy Replacement measure was on the March 6, 2012 ballot in the township of Troy which is in Athens County.
The measure was approved
- YES: 234 (55.45%)
- NO: 188 (44.55%)[1]
This measure sought to replace the current cemetery levy with one set at a rate of .9 mill for a period of five years in order to continue to pay for cemetery maintenance and operational costs in the township.[2]
