The question on the ballot:

BE IT RESOLVED by the School Board of the School District of Turtle Lake, Barron and Polk Counties, Wisconsin, that the revenues included in the School District budget be authorized to exceed the revenue limit specified in Section 121.91, Wisconsin Statutes, by $660,000 for the 2012-2013 school year, $685,000 for the 2013-2014 school year and $896,000 for the 2014-2015 school year for non-recurring purposes.
