A Umatilla City Code Room Tax Usage Changes measure was on the May 18, 2010 ballot in the city of Umatilla which is in Umatilla County.

This measure was approved

  • YES 201 (51.02%)Approveda
  • NO 193 (48.98%)[1]

This measure sought to remove certain voter approved sections of the code of ordinances that deals with how transient room tax funds are used by the city. Voters approved how the funds would be used in 1989 so another vote was needed to make it so the city would decide how funds would be used.[2]
